Return & Refund Policy – Vijay Engineering  (India)

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Product should be returned with original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

• Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
• Products damaged due to improper use
• Customized or special order machines

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• If product is received damaged or defective, customer must inform within 24–48 hours
• In such cases, free return or replacement will be provided
• Customer may be required to share photo or video proof

4. Return Shipping Cost

• For normal returns ? Customer bears return shipping cost
• For damaged/defective product ? Company will bear return cost

5. Refund Process

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection
• Refund will be credited to original payment method

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Refund will be processed within 7 working days

7. Important Note

• Heavy machinery return is subject to inspection and approval
• Vijay Engineering reserves the right to accept or reject returns based on product condition
