After the washing of sliced potato into water the excess surface water is removed in dryer machine which is centrifugal system and removes approximately 30% to 40% of water enabling the potato to fry properly machine. Contains S.S.basket with storing capacity is 8 to 10 Kg sliced potatoes

Use for peeling the raw potato, with the help of special emery lining inside the feeder, Our peeler is designed aesthetically and is used to peel the skin of potatoes in faster way.
